Head chef Adam Cooper is committed to using fresh local produce where possible to create seasonal menus with an eclectic mix of cuisines inspired by his travels. Keeping it simple and respecting the high-quality ingredients is the philosophy behind the menus he creates at Swell.
We are open for relaxed beachside dining from breakfast to dinner and anything in between. Feel free to pop in for a drink, a coffee or book a table for a special occasion to remember.
